From the cold, clear waters of Norway, to the Mediterranean coast of Turkey, and shores of Japan, Mexico and California – we get our fish straight from the source. That includes Sushi grade Sea Urchin "uni" , premium farmed fresh tuna from Spain and Mexico and our fetured product: Super Frozen O'Toro as well as Mackerels, Red Mullets, fresh Uni, Branzino, Sardines, Wild Dover Soles, and Wild Turbot.
SUPER FROZEN
O’ TORO FROM SPAIN
The Super frozen O’ Toro from Spain prized in sushi culture, is the pinnacle of indulgence. PREMIUM FARMED FRESH BLUEFIN TUNA
Fresh Bluefin tuna from Mexico and Spain are known for their exquisite taste and buttery texture. These products are farm-raised and sourced from the waters of Baja, Mexico (Mexican Bluefin) and the Mediterranean Sea (Spanish Bluefin). Whether enjoyed raw in sushi or prepared in various dishes, Mexican and Spanish bluefin tuna are unmatched in quality and flavor and both exemplify true culinary experiences.

SEA URCHIN ‘UNI’ FROM CALIFORNIA
Sea urchin sushi, known as “Uni,” offers a delicate yet intense flavor experience. It has a creamy texture and rich, briny taste that is considered a delicacy in Japanese cuisine. Uni is often served atop a small mound of seasoned rice, with each bite providing a burst of umami goodness.

MACKEREL
Renowned for its sushi-grade quality, Fresh Mackerel is a preferred option among global sushi establishments. Scotland supplies larger sizes, while Holland offers smaller sizes.

dORADE
A member of the seabream and porgy family, dorade, also called dorade royale and orata, is a firm white fish that has been a European specialty for centuries. Dorade can be found in coastal waters of the Mediterranean. Our stock is refreshed twice weekly.

BRANZINO
Branzino is a high-quality seabass that we directly import from Turkey. It has a delicate, mild flavor and a firm texture. Sizes range from 1lb - 2.5lb and arrive in case sizes of 22.5lbs each. Product is imported consistently every week from Turkey. We also carry a Wild and Semi-Farmed Branzino from Holland.
