PRODUCTS
From the cold, clear waters of Norway, to the Mediterranean coast of Turkey, and shores of Japan, Mexico and California – we get our fish straight from the source. That includes Sushi grade Mackerels, Red Mullets, fresh Uni, Branzino, Sardines, Wild Dover Soles, and Wild Turbot… as well as super frozen O’ Toro, and fresh Langoustine.
dORADE
A member of the seabream and porgy family, dorade, also called dorade royale and orata, is a firm white fish that has been a European specialty for centuries. Dorade can be found in coastal waters of the Mediterranean. Our stock is refreshed twice weekly.

400 g-600 g= 1-1.25 lb.
500-600 g =1-1.35 lb.
600 g-800 g = 1.5 lb.
800 g-1000 g = 1.75-2 lb.
BRANZINO
Branzino is a high-quality seabass that we directly import from Turkey. It has a delicate, mild flavor and a firm texture. Sizes range from 1lb - 2.5lb and arrive in case sizes of 22.5lbs each. Product is imported consistently every week from Turkey. We also carry a Wild and Semi-Farmed Branzino from Holland.

WILD DOVER SOLE
Wild dover sole has a mild, sweet flavor with very firm, small, flaked flesh. They have been considered both a delicacy and a mainstay of European cuisine for generations. It’s a special indulgence and imported directly from holland.

HIRAMASA
Fresh Hiramasa is a type of fresh yellowtail fish that is highly sought after for its delicious flavor and high-quality flesh. It is considered one of the most desirable varieties of yellowtail, with its rich, buttery texture and delicate sweetness. The fish has a mild yet distinct flavor that makes it an ideal choice for sushi and sashimi dishes.
